Juice Weight Loss RecipesSo you have made up your mind that it is time to lose some weight the all-natural way. Your first plan of attack is to use natural juice recipes to help you burn the unwanted weight. If you're looking for recipes, you may notice that natural juices designed for weight loss are somewhat different from normal juice recipes.

Before you go out to purchase a bunch of fruits, keep in mind that it is best that you use leafy greens and vegetables and reduce or stay clear of fruits that have a high sugar content as these will only serve to impede your progress. If you are making your own juice weight loss recipes, below are a few vegetables and fruits that should be included.

Cucumber: A great way to add body and flavour to your recipe, it is high in water content and low in calories.
Carrot: Carrots are considered a super food with just enough sweetness to provide a kick to your juice. Benefits include liver detoxification, digestive stimulant plus the anti-oxidant beta carotene.
Celery: Many weight loss programs will recommend the consumption of celery. One of the reasons for this is that it is dense in water and low in calories. Always include the green leaves when juicing as they are rich in chlorophyll.
Beetroot: For added sweetness, include a small quantity of this vegetable, its great at cleansing your body from dangerous chemicals.
Tomato: Great for aiding with circulation it also reduces the acidity in the blood as well as purify the liver and blood.
Lettuce: It's always best to use Lettuce leaves that are dark green as they contain a higher level of minerals as well as they are more alkalizing.
Cabbage: This powerful vegetable is most times recommended for its body cleansing ability.
Watercress: This is rated as one of the most powerful intestinal cleaners in the vegetable world. It also has the ability to neutralize toxins that are found in the bladder and kidneys and improves circulation cleanses the skin and is a great addition when burning fat.
spinach: Spinach is lauded for its rich Chlorophyll content it is also rich in calcium it is an alkalizing vegetable and has many weight loss benefits.
