As you may already know, the nutrients you get from freshly made juices are far more better for your health than
what you may get from processed boxed, canned, or frozen juices at e grocery stores. Majority of
the good nutrients are killed during processing of pre-made juices.

Apple and kiwi

Ingredients:
2 apples
3 kiwis

Instructions:
Depending on preference Kiwi skin can be removed, or left on. Apples should first
be washed and then later peeled and the core removed. Before putting the fruit through the juicer make
sure to cut up into little pieces. Once it has gone through the juicer, simply pour the mixture into a
cup and enjoy. Best served slightly chilled or with ice |

| Abounding Apples |

Ingredients: 2 Any type of apples
3 pineapple slices
A dash of ginger

Instructions: Apples will need to be washed and then should be peeled and have the core taken
out. Pineapples should have their rind removed if it hasn’t been already. Once the fruit is again
cut up into smaller more manageable pieces, push it through the juicing machine, pour into a cup
and enjoy your creation.

| Apricot, Apple and Peach |

Ingredients: 3
apples
2 apricots
2 peaches |

Instructions: Before
cutting any of the fruits make sure they are properly rinsed. Both the apricot and the peaches need
to be cut in half, and have the pits removed. Apples need to be both peeled and then cored. Once
this is complete, cut all of the fruit into much smaller pieces before passing it through the
juicing machine. Serve chilled, or on ice. |

Ingredients:
4.oz of Blueberries
3.5 oz of Cherries
1 apple |

Instructions: First step is
to thoroughly wash all of the fruit. It is important to remember to take the seeds out of all of
the cherries, as well as to peel, core and slice the apples thinly. Once this is completed, run all
fruit through the juicer and enjoy. It is best served chilled or in a chilled
glass.

Ingredients:
1 mango
2 kiwi
1 orange
1 tbsp of lime juice |

Instructions:
The first step is to peel the skin off of the orange, being careful
to leave a good amount of pith to add flavor. Depending on whether or not you enjoy the bitter
taste that the kiwi skin leaves, it can either be peeled, or remain on. Once the fruit has been
washed, cut the kiwi and the mango into small pieces, and divide the orange into its sections.
Finally push the fruit through the machine, add the dash of lime juice and serve
chilled.

| Strawberry Kiwi

Ingredients:
3 kiwi fruit
6 oz. Strawberries
½ apple |

Instructions: Make sure
that all of the fruit is properly washed before preparing the drink. First, peel both the kiwi and
the apple and cut the tops off of the strawberries. After the apple’s core is removed, cut all of
the fruit into smaller pieces. Finally pass the fruit through the juicer, pour into a glass that
has been chilled and enjoy this healthy treat!

| Sweet and Zesty Fruit Juice |

Ingredients: 2
apples
½ lime
¼ lemon
6oz. of green grapes
dash of ginger |

Instructions: The
first step is to wash all of the fruit, followed by peeling both the apples as well as lemons and
limes. Continue to core the apple and cut up into smaller pieces. The lemon and lime should be
small enough after peeling to not need any further cutting. Push all fruits through the juicing
machine, and sprinkle the bit of ginger on top after pouring into a glass with
ice.

Ingredients: 1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
2 oranges

Also keep in mind that some fruits just do not separate from the pulp well. They don't produce enough juice
of their own, if any at all. Some of those fruits are: Avocado, peach, honeydew, papaya, coconut, banana,
cantaloupe, strawberry, prune and apricot. These will be great for making smoothie in a blender or mixed
with other fruits in a juicer for the flavor.
