provides very detailed information on the ingredients used to make different juices, the
nutritional value, and what ailment it is know to help. It is more of a reference book. Note that
if you are going to be using the recipes in this book, the author recommends using the Vitamix Machine . He believes
in using a blender rather than a juicer.

beginner juicer that is stll doing research about why juicing is good for you, then this will be a
good buy. But if you already know the benefits of juicing and only looking for great recipes, then
this book may not be the best choice.
