Quick Carrots Juice
 

Ingredients:
1 lb carrots
1/2 lemon
1-2 green leafs ( red lettuce or carrot greens)
1 apple 
 

 
   
Instructions:

Begin by both washing and peeling the carrots, apple and lemon. You should also wash your choice of leafy green. Next, place all of the above ingredients into your juicing machine. Once ingredients are mixed, pour and drink immediately for freshness and nutrition.

  

Homemade Tomato Juice 

 

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
1 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

 
Instructions:

First, rinse the celery, tomatoes and cucumbers and chop the tomatoes into medium sized chunks. The cucumbers can be peeled or the skin can be left on depending on preference. Once the vegetables are cleaned, push them through your juicer and pour into a class. Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to your liking and enjoy.

  

Sweet Spinach Juice

 
Ingredients:

1 bunch of spinach
1-2 apples
1/2 lemon, peeled

 
Instructions:
First clean all of the fruit and vegetables as well as peel the half of lemon. The apple should be cored, washed and peeled as well and cut into slices. Place all of the ingredients into the juicer, mix the drink thoroughly and then enjoy a sweet, tasty and healthy drink.
  

Cucumber & Carrot Juice

 
Ingredients:

4 carrots
1 apple
1 celery stick
¼ a cucumber
½ a lemon
 

Instructions:
First wash all of the ingredients and be sure to cut the ends off of the carrots. The apples need to have the core taken out and peeled. Lemon and cucumbers should also be peeled and all of the ingredients will need to be chopped into smaller slices. Once this is completed, push the ingredients through the juicer, mix and serve over ice.

  

Sweet Carrots!

 
Ingredients:

7 carrots
2 apples
pinch of ginger

  

Instructions:
First make sure to wash all of the ingredients and cut off the ends from each of the carrots. Apples should have the core removed and can be peeled if preferred. Cut ingredients into smaller slices and put them through your juicer. Mix and serve over ice.

  

Vegging Out with Broccoli and Carrots

 
Ingredients:

9 oz of broccoli
6.5 oz of carrots
3 oz of beetroot


  

Instructions:
First wash all of the ingredients and peel carrots as well as cut off each of the carrots ends. Broccoli should be cut into small florets, carrots and beetroot should be sliced into small slices. Place all ingredients through the juicer, mix well and serve chilled or over ice. 
 

  

Go Green Juice

 
Ingredients:

2 green apples
5 oz of broccoli
1 stalk of celery
1 oz of parsley

  

Instructions:
Wash all of the ingredients above. Cut the broccoli into smaller florets, and cut celery into small slices. Take the core out of the apple and cut into chunks. Place all ingredients into your juicer, pour, mix and enjoy over ice.

  
Tomatoes, Carrots, Apples
 
Ingredients:
2 apples
6 Carrots
2 Plum tomatoes
A pinch of ginger
 
Instructions:
Wash your apples and carrots under running water and discard the portions that you do not need. In a juicer combine the apples along with the carrots and add a touch of ginger. Serve chilled.
 
 
Celery, Cucumber, and Apple Juice
Ingredients:
1 celery stick
1/2 cucumber
3 carrots
1 apple
1/2 lemon
 
Instructions:
Always remember to wash your vegetables under running water this way you will remove possible pesticides and fertilizers that may have been used during production. Remove the ends of the carrots along with the celery and the core of the apple. Dice them and place them in a blender. Serve chilled.
 
 
 
A cool touch of green
Ingredients:
4½ oz. of broccoli
9 oz. of green apples
1 oz. of parsley
3 oz. of celery
6 oz. of cucumber

 
Under running water wash all ingredients to remove pesticides and fertilizers. Chop into smaller portions and extract hard parts. Use a juicer and serve in a tall glass of crushed ice.
