1 lb carrots
1/2 lemon
1-2 green leafs ( red lettuce or carrot greens)
1 apple

Instructions:
Begin by both
washing and peeling the carrots, apple and lemon. You should also wash your choice of leafy green.
Next, place all of the above ingredients into your juicing machine. Once ingredients are mixed,
pour and drink immediately for freshness and nutrition.

Homemade Tomato
Juice

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
1 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions:
First, rinse the celery, tomatoes and cucumbers and chop the tomatoes into medium
sized chunks. The cucumbers can be peeled or the skin can be left on depending on preference. Once

1 celery stick

Always remember to wash your vegetables under running water this way you will remove possible

along with the celery and the core of the apple. Dice them and place them in a blender. Serve
